Why we exist

Professional services firms have always relied on relationships. But for most firms, the quality of those relationships has been invisible — assumed rather than measured, managed by instinct rather than evidence.

Client Culture was founded to change that. We built a platform and advisory service specifically for professional services — accounting, legal, and wealth advisory firms — that gives every professional in a firm direct access to what their clients actually think about the service they receive.

The insight that drives everything we do is simple: over 90% of client feedback is positive. Most firms don't know this because they've never asked at scale. When they do, the response transforms firm culture — professionals see the direct impact of their work, leadership makes decisions based on evidence rather than assumption, and clients feel heard.

We have been doing this for over a decade, working with firms across Australia, the UK, Ireland, and New Zealand. Our longest client relationships span ten years of continuous measurement. Firms that commit to the process see consistent improvement year after year.

Independence matters

Firms cannot objectively measure their own service quality. An independent third party asking the question, collecting the response, and protecting the data is structurally essential — for client honesty, staff trust, and data integrity.
